Q. Can I Get A Tattoo If I'm Under 18?
A. Yes. You must be at least 17 years of age. You must come into our studio to pick up our release form to be completed and notorized. A parent or legal guardian must be present during the tattoo process.
Q. Does It Hurt?
A. Of course, but it's really a question of how badly, isn't it? Tattoos hit the same nerves that
paper-cuts and bee-stings do. Most say it's not as bad as they expected.
Q. Can I Get A Piercing If I'm Under 18?
A. You must be at least 16, your parent needs to come with you, bring a valid ID (for both you
and your parent) and sign a consent form that states they are your parent.
Q. Are Infections Common?
A. Not Here. We have received substantial training and years of experience. We use new
single-use needles and sterile techniques to ensure you won't leave with any germs.
Q. Can Tattoos Conceal Stretch Marks Or Scars?
A. Yes, but to a varying degree of success. Due to the nature of scars and stretch marks, there
can be differences in the color of a healed tattoo. The texture of the skin will not be
changed by a tattoo; thus, some of these marks will still be visible but may be less noticeable.
Q. How Long Until I Can Swim After Getting Tattooed And What Else Should I Avoid?
A. Most tattoos take a few weeks to heal and during that time it is best to avoid long soaking.
friction and scratching/picking. Sunburn (or tanning) can also damage a new tattoo and
yield painful results.
Q. What Is The Price Range For Tattoos?
A. Prices start at $50 (shop minimum) and are quoted by your artist according to design, size,
location, etc. An artist must be able to see your completed design in person and discuss with
you size, location, etc. in order to provide accurate pricing. Remember, the best price
doesn't necessarily yield the best results.
**Please note that many custom drawings will require a standard drawing fee.**
Q. Can I Make An Appointment ?
A. Yes; however, all appointments must be made IN PERSON and require a $20 deposit
which will be deducted off of the final cost of the tattoo. If you are unable to keep your
appointment please contact your artist directly to reschedule, failure to do so will result in the
loss of your deposit.
